Why is this cool?

This update makes editing videos in Synthesia simpler and faster. You can:

💻 Upload a screen recording and split it into scenes for a perfect voiceover.
📹 Choose only the best parts of a stock video to use, and easily cut out the bits you don’t need.

Plus, it really cuts down on editing time and makes your workflow much smoother.

How to Use It?

First — select the video and click on Trim.
Splitting: move the slider to where you want to split and click Split at Time.
Moving Segments: just drag and drop it where it needs to be placed.
Creating Scenes: to make a new scene with a piece of the video, right-click on it and select Add to New Scene.

🎨 What is a Brand Kit?

Your corporate colors, logo, fonts, and custom (or just favorite) avatars.

🖊 How to create a Brand Kit?

1. Find a new tab in the sidebar labeled Brand Kit.

2. Click Create Brand Kit.

3. Add corporate fonts, a color palette, select your favorite avatars, and upload your logo.

👨🏼‍💻 How to apply the Brand Kit?

When you start creating a new video, simply choose the Brand Kit. Every time you open the color picker, add an avatar, or type in some text, Synthesia will suggest elements from your Brand Kit.

💘 Why is this cool?

With the Brand Kit, you can easily apply your company's style to all videos created in Synthesia. Create a Brand Kit once, use it every day.

Brand kit feature is available just for enterprise plan users.

💡 Live Collaboration is about

• Co-creating: you will see your teammate’s cursors, the scenes they are working on right now.

• Feedback: you can share your opinion on every element of the video while editing.

• Sharing: anyone with "Can comment" permission can now enter a comment-only mode, making feedback loops quicker and more efficient.

⚡️ Why it's worth trying: working together within a single app allows each team member to contribute, leading to better content quality and streamlined workflows.

1. Click on the Avatar icon.

2. Choose the avatar you want to include.

3. Navigate to the script box.

4. Input the script for each avatar present on the screen.

5. Select the desired voices for your avatars.

🔧 How to Use AI Video Assistant 3.0:

1. Open the video: create the new one or the one you’ve edited already. Make sure you have some text on the scene.

2. Highlight any part of the script

3. Click Edit with AI: re-write text, make it longer or shorter, change tone of voice (casual, professional, friendly, etc) or summarise.

4. Check the result > If you are happy with it, replace the original text or regenerate it

Adapt any text you have into a script that engages people and makes them want to listen.

Easily customize your avatar's outfits with your brand colors and logos to align with your brand. Use it to create relatable avatars for organizational changes, global team training, or IT security training, all while showcasing your brand's identity.

• Customize Clothing Color: Enjoy the freedom to mix and match! You can change the colors of various clothing items like t-shirts and suits independently.

• Add Your Logo: Brand integration is now a breeze with Brandfetch. You can place your logo on any layer of your avatar's clothing.

🛑 Things to know:

• Logo addition is only available for corporate plan users.

• Available for 20 Avatars Only: This includes Alex, Anton, Axel, Carla, and many others.

• Not for Custom Avatars: At present, custom avatars are not supported.

This is available on any newly created videos and includes all audio in the video too.
