We're excited to announce another great update for our Enterprise plan users — Brand Kit 2.0. Now creating branded content is incredibly simple, even for non-designers.

What does this feature do?

You can now automatically apply Brand Kit to videos you start creating in Synthesia. Also — transform docs, decks, and links into branded videos with AI Video Assistant.

Why is this important?

The Brand Kit can significantly enhance your video creation workflow:

⏰ It speeds up your video creation: No more starting from scratch. Choose a template, and your brand kit will be applied automatically.
📉 It reduces costs: You don't need extra design help — any team member can create professional, on-brand videos in-house.
😊 It boosts engagement and builds trust: Consistent, polished videos make your brand more memorable and effective.

How to use

First of all — you need to create a brand kit. Add your colour palette, logos, favourite avatars and fonts. Synthesia will automatically create Themes — colour kits that will be applied to your videos.

Turn any doc, deck, or link into a branded video

Upload a PDF, PPTX, or URL to AI Video Assistant.
Choose a template and preview it with your brand kit applied. Make sure your default brand kit is selected as well.
Start generating your script. If you're not happy with the result, simply regenerate it.

Apply the brand kit to any Template

Select a Template.
Preview it with your brand kit applied.
Start creating your video.

Apply the brand kit to Scenes in Editor

Add scenes from Templates.
Apply your Brand kit and your video will automatically be updated.

Can I rebrand old videos?

Yes, you can if they are based on the currently available Synthesia template. Unfortunately, manually created videos can’t be rebranded.

Tips

👩🏼 Create customized avatars: recolor the outfit and add your logo with Avatar Builder.
👀 If you don't want to use a brand kit, you can always choose “No brand kit” option.
✨ Create multiple brand kits if you use different colour palettes or logos for various products in your team.
